Retirement with No Problem

I have been struggling trying to find a camera to suit me.  I have tried a few now since my last camera gave up the ghost, but none of those gave me the pictures I wanted to see..

I have read and read reviews of different cameras, and at last I think I have one that I like.. here is my first shot, needed a poser though…

I was impressed with this quick pic.. but I was too late back from Milton Keynes with the camera to be able to really test it out..

Talking of which, the bus stopped just up the road from where we are moored and the bus driver had already dispensed the ticket before I got on and showed him my bus pass!! “Oh so you knew I was over 60 then?!”  He just smiled at me and gave me the ticket.. guess he couldn’t say much in case he said the wrong thing!!

Well there you go.. I have often seen bus drivers do that before the bus pass has been shown, and thought to myself yep they do look over 60, but it happened to me today… ah well.. I still feel young!!

Milton Keynes town centre is awesome, it must be the best centre in England, well I have never seen anything like it for shops and variety.. wonderful place.  I have been there before, but didn’t realise just how large it was, and all indoor..

It sure is rough here tonight, spose it is the same as anywhere else, there is a gale force wind along the valley, and the rain is pounding on the roof.. still not yet lit the fire though…

One more test photo late this evening.. I’m happy with that, but tomorrow I will take a few more with different settings just to make sure this camera is for me..

Many thanks to those for pointing out some errors on the blog.. I have fixed the feed link now, thanks Tom, and also fixed the “My Satellite Setup” link on the left hand side.  If anyone spots any other errors please let me know.  I am not overly happy with blogger, it take so long to update if I change anything, and I need to have a cracking connection to do that to as it has to republish over 1000 blogs and links.  Still, I’ll live with it for now.
